Kiddos

I love to let my kids get dirty! They are so happy in the process. Kambree wants to hold anything with food on it, like this oatmeal bowl = one messy baby, but she loved every minute of squishing that oatmeal in her hands!

Wesley and his friend Matthew, my friend Emily's son, sharing doughnuts. I love letting them play because they are both rough and tough boys, even though sharing is not a priority they have fun playin.

Wesley's 2!!!!

I can't believe my baby is 2! It really goes by so fast. His birthday was the 19th, but Sat 24, my birthday whoo hoo I'm 25, we went to Freestone Park. It was just my family and Robbie's mom that came, we had Thomas the Train everything and just played and had cake and icecream. We went over to the little rides, which Wes does not do good on, and to my surprise he LOVED riding on the train! He cried when we had to get off! He was so cute! Kambree loved it too!

Happy Birthday Wes! Monday night we did a cake for him, his party is on Sat, and the next mornin he wanted more cake. Kambree snatched a handful as well!

My Poor Baby!

Little Kambree has been a little grouchy lately because these hard, sharp things are peircing through her gumbs making them swollen and uncomfortable. Naw, she's a trooper! Sunday she got her first tooth, on the bottom, and today she got her other bottom tooth, and it's definitely putting a damper on her sleep as well as mine. Wesley got his first teeth when he was 4 months and had almost all of them by 9 or 10 months, so I've been expecting Kambree to pop through some chompers and sure enough 2 in one week!

Kambree is 6 months now and has such a cute personality, she'll break out in a smile no matter what

Wes is almost 2 and is getting to smart for his own good, but he does like to help (making his own mess of course) he's always interested with what I'm doing so he can do it as well

At Kambree's 6month appt she weighed in at 19 lbs and 27 in, 95th percentile, I wouldn't trade her chubby legs in for anything

Our Christmas Fun!

So, Christmas was a long, but good day. I'll make this short. As I was finishing wrapping Kambree woke up at 1:30am and stayed up til 4am. Wes woke up at 6:30 and the day started, on 2 1/2 hours of sleep. We opened presents, it was so fun to see Wesley excited about it, Kambree was cute too, and than headed over to my mom's house for breakfast. We opened more presents and went back home for kids' naps and final cleaning and cooking for dinner. My motherinlaw, sisterinlaw, and her boyfriend came over and I cooked a big turkey dinner. I was very proud of how it turned out, very yummy! It was the first time I did it, we put the turkey in a pit and it turned out great, thanks Kari's inlaws!, and I had fun preparing it! Wesley was so wired from the day so he went to bed late, so I was up for a long time with no sleep, but it was well worth it!

Kambree is 5 months!

Kambree is such a cutie! She is so interested in what everyone's doing and has to know where a noise is coming from and what's making it. She loves to watch Wesley with whatever he's doing and will laugh at him when he's running around crazy.

This shot doesn't give her chubby thighs justice, they are so big and chubby, I love it! She has strong legs and would rather stand then sit. She is so happy you can't do anything but give her kisses all day long!
She turned 5 months on Nov 20 and loves to hold onto anything and test it out with her mouth

Wesley's new thing is that before any trip in the car he has to have a turn in the driver's seat. He honks the horn, steers the wheel, and hits every button more than once! He's so funny!
