Easter

So, today was a busy day. We started off going to church in the mornin, we got Wesley a cute church outfit with tie and vest, so cute!Than right after, we headed to Phoenix where we were celebrating Robbie's grandpa's 80th birthday and Easter with his whole family. It was a lot of fun, they are fun to visit with, especially since we don't see them very often.

After getting home and resting for an hour or so we headed over to my mom's house and had dinner and did an Easter egg hunt with the kids, it was fun and Wes even had fun running around outside with the kids.
So, he was ready for bed when we got home, which is great!

Our Fun House

I feel like my house has turned into a playhouse. I try to keep my house looking somewhat normal, but with all Wesley's toys, it seems to take over. We got him this cool slide, and he loves it! He learned so quick how to climb up the rockwall side and loves to go face first onto the floor, luckily I have a playmat there. So until we get the backyard cleaned up a little bit, my house is a mini playground. Oh well, he loves it.

Missionary Work

I have a new found respect for the gospel and for the work missionaries do. I know what missionaries do, with my brother just recently being out and hearing about his experiences, but the church really has a great plan. Robbie has started taking the discussions, and the way they teach about the church is awesome. I have learned a lot also sitting in on the lessons, being a member of the church my whole life you forget how important some things are. It is great just seeing Robbie learn and get excited about it.

Being Sick

So my family has been and still is sick. It is so awful when a baby or child is sick, you just feel so bad for them. Luckily I haven't gotten anything very bad, but Wesley has had a cold, fever, and has croup right now, which isn't very fun. You just feel helpless when you are doing all you can and it still doesn't make a difference. He has been so cute though, wanting to just cuddle all day long, it's sad when he doesn't even want to play, which is what he does all day long usually. Hopefully we are at the end of the sickness and we can get back to normal, because taking care of two babies, my husband included, is a lot of work. haha.
